The statement “The inequalities of basic constituents in the body are root cause for different diseases” is fundamental principle Ayurveda, which indicate control elements (Sharira) sign good health and free from diseases. Ayurvedic remedies therapies found very effective useful to sustain equilibrium these body. Vatarakta a chronic joint pain disease accompanied by pain, stiffness, swelling over joints involve vitiated Vatadosha as well Raktadhatu. Aggravated Vata blocked Rakta, leads further aggravation Dosha. have two Avasthas i.e., Uttana Gambhira. Vatrakta affects Twacha Mansadhatu whereas Gambhira mainly Asthi, Majjadi Dhatu. Nidan Panchak one finest important method diagnosing disease, its causes & prognosis. consists 5 components viz. Nidan, Purvarupa, Rupa, Upshaya Samprapti. Every component helps physician better understanding growth treating at an earliest possible stage.
